[/trx_title][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner][vc_empty_space height=”40px”][vc_column_text]When I decided to take on photography full time at the beginning of the year, I decided I wanted to get back into a type of photography I’d played around with before, but never pursued much of – Newborn Photography! Back when I first began discovered what I wanted to specialize in, I did a few newborn sessions and loved them, but ultimately, weddings were the area I knew I wanted to focus in at that time.
I love babies and kids, but the idea of handling newborns always posed a challenge for me. We’re two month into the new year and I’ve had a baby in front of my camera 3 times already with 2 more newborn sessions booked! I’m excited to learn and grow this type of photography to better serve my couples as their family grows!
These sessions are natural, in-home sessions. I don’t bring a ton of props, only blankets and swaddles. I want to use spaces around your home that get beautiful natural light to achieve images that reflect your style. Have a special outfit you want to use? That’s perfect! I don’t do any of the staged poses you sometimes see with newborn photography such as propping their head up which can be unsafe for baby. I’d rather capture you baby’s nursery with your family in it, tiny toes and hands, and just overall a more natural story.
I’ll be offering limited newborn sessions this year.
